Shipping policy

All AirRex and OdinSUS orders are shipped out in timely manner from the factory in Taiwan. 

Due to all Airrex orders are special order/made to order products. Airrex orders lead time can be up to 3 to 4 weeks. 

Once your Airrex order is ready to be shipped a DHL Express tracking number is emailed to you. 

All Airlift, Level Ride and Viair Orders are shipped in the USA.

All goods shipped from Asia may incur more customs duty fees. This is done randomly by US customs and to save you the customer money we do not include this extra payment with your order as most times they will not ask for more duties fees. This is out of our control and you are responsible any added customs payment.
